Sony Releases Venom Teaser Trailer

The main spinoff film in Sony's interpretation of Marvel universe's Venom, stars Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock, a psychologically troubled man whose body is controlled by a creepy alien parasite, giving him Spider-Man-like super abilities. Ruben Fleischer has directed the film, the same guy who gave us Zombieland. This latest comic book iteration of a well-known franchise was supposed to get an R-rating in the US, as opposed to the run of the mill PG-13 rating got by most comic-based movies.

While Venom's teaser trailer doesn't contain any scenes sufficiently believable enough to affirm an R-rating, its dull and grave tone suggests something more grown-up than the youngster movie vibe of the latest film in the franchise, Spider-Man: Homecoming. Completely absent from the trailer, be that as it may, is the film's title character, with Brock just witnessed in human form instead of in his fully mutated grandeur, much to the dismay of some of the fans.

Note this is a just a teaser trailer, the purpose of which is giving fans an essence of what the world and tone will resemble in the full film and for sparking discussions about it.

Venom has positively done the latter mentioned, however, a few fans are disturbed that the clip did include one shot of Tom Hardy in the full Venom outfit. Truth be told, there's been more than a couple of reactions in about it, however there are likewise fans who valued the trailer for what it managed to do, which was to prod a film while additionally not giving away too much to people.
