Adult Store Wants to Pay You £28,000 For Masturbating!

Everyone knows just how important it is to land a job that fulfills almost all the basic needs. Hence parents try to send their children to the best educational institutions. However, it’s not easy and the process can be a struggle.

But for one lucky woman, this dream job is going to be a reality. This is thanks to a UK-based adult store, which is looking for a professional sex toy reviewer.

The good thing here is that the candidate can work in the comfort of her home for two days. The remaining three days, though, will be in the office. But believe it or not, the salary involved is £28,000 ($35,947) a year.

The company will also be giving vacation leave on birthday, private healthcare benefit, and discounted gym membership. Heck, there will even be annual retreat solely for the staff. This is definitely a dream job!

So what are the responsibilities involved? First and foremost, the candidate will be responsible in testing various lingerie, and sex toys and games. She will also be tasked to write and review a number of the company’s products. Just remember, though, that video reviews are included. They will be filmed after the product is tested, not during.

A spokesperson for the company revealed this to BBC:

Sex toys range from simple to risqué, and as a responsible provider of a huge catalogue of sex toys, [we] feel it necessary to both have and share a good understanding of all products, and be able to inform the public about all perks and pitfalls.

Further,

Giving sound information and advice is truly important to us, and we want to be a platform that gives factual, honest and clear advice.

A psychology lecturer from Nottingham Trent University named Mark Sergeant approves of such role. For him, allowing staff to “masturbate” during office work is a very sensible HR policy. It boosts an employee’s ability to improve productivity and focus.

Other known psychologists such as Cliff Arnall support Sergeant’s statements. Masturbation can give way to less aggression, resulting to higher productivity and, more importantly, smiling.



Arnall, however, insisted that there should be limitations. For instance, the employee shouldn’t be fantasizing about a colleague, though it’s kind of hard when you’re next to a beautiful secretary, right? For him, this could result to “cognitive impairment,” which could affect the employee’s ability to have a working relationship with his/her fellow employee.
